Repair Partnership

Overview

A repair partnership gives the seller some cash up-front and a larger payout upon sale. It’s a hybrid model that usually yields the seller a higher net payout than a walk-away cash offer. Instead of selling at a discount, the owner becomes a partner by contributing the property (equity) while we fund, manage and complete the renovations. Once the improvements are complete and the property is sold, we share the net profit.

Ideal For

This option works well for owners who need some money now but want a higher overall outcome than a typical cash sale. It also relieves the seller of funding, managing or completing any repairs. It’s a good fit when the property has clear upside, but the owner prefers not to take on the renovation work themselves. How the Numbers Work

We start by inspecting the property and identifying the repairs needed to sell at the top of the market. We then purchase the property from the seller for the amount owed, allowing you to contribute your equity and become a partner in the deal. We fund, manage, and complete all repairs, so there is no cash out of pocket for the seller. Once the property is sold, the net profit is split, which often results in a higher payout than accepting a walk-away cash offer.
